Cancellation Policy
At Navigocart, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please read the cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation only before your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Mention your order number clearly
If the order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund to the original payment method within 1–2 working days.
Cancellation requests sent through Instagram, Facebook, or other social platforms will not be considered valid.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If you no longer want the product after dispatch, you must accept delivery and follow the process mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy (if eligible).
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders may require confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Unverified COD orders may be cancelled automatically.

Frequent COD cancellations may result in removal of the COD option for future orders.
4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch:

The refund will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking).

Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 working days, depending on your bank.
5. Cancellation by Navigocart
We reserve the right to cancel any order in situations such as:

Product out of stock

Incorrect or incomplete address details

Payment flagged as high-risk or suspicious

Technical pricing errors
If payment has already been made, a full refund will be processed.
