1. How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days across India. Delivery time may vary slightly for remote locations.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping across India on all orders unless stated otherwise during checkout.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • UPI

  • Debit & Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes

4. Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?

COD is available for most serviceable pin codes. In some locations, prepaid orders may be required.

5. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products within 3 days of delivery. A proper unboxing video is mandatory for approval.

7. How do I request a return?

Share your order number and a full unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

8. When will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 8–15 working days to the original payment method.
COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.

9. How can I track my order?

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use it to track your shipment in real time.
