1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes using trusted courier partners.
If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will inform you and process a full refund.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Prepaid orders are dispatched on priority.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require verification via call or SMS before dispatch.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Most locations: 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.
Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, or other unexpected situations.
4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping across India.
There are no hidden delivery charges unless specifically mentioned during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.
6. Delays & Unserviceable Areas
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.
If delivery to your location becomes unavailable after order placement, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund.
7. Missed or Undelivered Packages
If delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable:

The courier may attempt delivery again.

If the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct and reachable.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD is available for eligible pin codes.

Currently, we ship only within India.
