Refund policy
At Navigocart, we check every product before dispatch. Since we deal in trending gadgets, home tools, toys, and personal-use items, returns are accepted only in specific situations. Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return only if:

You received a wrong product, or

The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
Conditions:

The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

A clear, full unboxing video is compulsory (from sealed package to product check)

The product must be unused and in original packaging
Returns requested after 3 days or without a proper unboxing video will not be approved.
2. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been used

The original packaging is missing

The issue is reported without video proof

The return request is raised after the allowed window

The customer ordered the wrong product by mistake
Personal care and hygiene-related products are non-returnable once opened.
3. Return Process
To request a return:

Share your order number and unboxing video

Our team will review the request
If approved, we will arrange pickup (if serviceable) or guide you for self-shipping.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchange is allowed only if:

You received the wrong product
Exchange is not available for size issues, change of mind, or product preference.
Only one exchange request per order is allowed.
5. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product:

Refund will be processed to the original payment method

For COD orders, refund will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI

Refund processing time: 8–15 working days after approval
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refund will not be issued if the returned item fails inspection.
6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Important Note on Unboxing Video
The unboxing video must:

Start before opening the package

Clearly show the shipping label
-
Show the product condition properly
Without valid video proof, return, refund, or replacement requests cannot be processed.
